OLDER ADULTS NEEDED FOR A RESEARCH STUDY AT THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY
Mind-Body Interventions for Healthy Aging
The Clinical Neuroscience Laboratory at the Ohio State University is conducting a study on lifestyle changes and health in older adults and is looking for individuals between 65-85 years of age. Individuals will complete 8 virtual training sessions, with 4 booster sessions, over a 12-month period. Training will involve 30 mins. of daily practice.
Participation involves:

These sessions will be conducted with proper PPE and social distancing guidelines will be followed. All surfaces are sanitized between sessions and staff complete daily health checks. Individuals who identify as people of color (Black or African American, Indigenous, Asian, South Asian, Hispanic, Hawaiian/Pacific Islander), between 65-85, and are right-handed, able to complete an MRI, have internet access, and no psychiatric or neurological diagnoses are invited to participate.
