The Delaware-Morrow Mental Health and Recovery Services Board (DMMHRSB) works every day to ensure all residents of Delaware and Morrow Counties have access to high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services. We’re able to do this thanks to the tireless work of our staff and all of our essential providers. Clinicians, counselors, and others within our network of care help people manage and overcome mental illness, substance use disorder, grief from traumatic loss, and other conditions that can prevent them from leading a full and enriching life.
The DMMHRSB receives funding from three main sources: a Delaware and Morrow County property tax levy, the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (ODBH), and Federal Grants. In turn, the services made possible by this funding promote stability, wellness, and recovery to residents paying taxes through entering or remaining in the workforce. Treatment works and recovery is possible.
In FY2025, approximately 73% of our funding came from our levy. Local support is critical to our mission of ensuring effective and accessible behavioral healthcare for all of our residents. We encourage all of our residents to join us in SAYING YES to mental health!

The Delaware-Morrow Mental Health and Recovery Services Board is the Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health (ADAMH) Board for Delaware and Morrow Counties. It's their responsibility to plan, fund, and evaluate behavioral health care within the community. It is the Board's mission to ensure access to quality care, no matter a person's ability to pay.
