Since 1984, Columbus East Soccer Association (CESA) has made it a mission to ensure that each child who joins the program, enjoys the game of soccer. CESA provides a youth soccer recreational program for boys and girls ages 3-18 years old. In addition to running leagues and programs, CESA oversees and maintains the Soccer Field at Easton.
Tiny Tots Program starts at 3 years old and is held on Saturday mornings. The purpose of recreational soccer programs is for players to learn the game and have fun doing it. The curriculum is developmental by design and focuses on individual skills development and team tactics. The soccer year runs from August 1st through July 31st and is comprised of two season: Fall and Spring. Players may choose to play during either one or both seasons. CESA's Prep Academy is an add-on to the CESA Recreational programs. The Prep Academy, run by Columbus East FC coaches, is a youth soccer development program for more serious soccer players. Participants will be provided with an additional one-hour and fifteen minute practice session on Sunday evenings at Soccer Fields at Easton, and a CESA Prep Academy soccer shirt. Your child will be expected to wear his/her soccer shirt for each practice session. Prep Academy players will still be expected to join their CESA recreational team for practice during the week and league game every weekend. Find out more about the Prep Academy program!
