Advanced Reading Concepts dates for one week Summer SpeedReading Plus™ Learning Skills classes for 7th graders through graduating seniors are June 5th-9th 9:00 AM-Noon, June 12th-16th at Dublin Scioto HS 9:00 AM-Noon and June 20th-23rd at Worthington Kilbourne HS 10:00 AM-1:30 PM. Advanced Reading Concepts conducts Speedreading Plus(TM) Learning Skills classes for students from 7th grade through adults. Classes are offered throughout the year on weekends, half day programs and evening introductory seminars. One week summer school classes are offered in cooperation with area school districts and in special classes. The classes are designed to equally benefit weak readers who have difficulty keeping up or lack confidence and good readers who want the competitive edge for their future education. The courses will also be of special interest to students who want to improve their reading speed and comprehension scores on the ACT, SAT, and proficiency exams. The courses will also enable students to keep up with their AP courses and balance study time with extra-curricular activities. Classes stress reading speed, comprehension, concentration, recall, retention and organizing information for exams, reports and presentations.
