The library is your student’s after-school space to connect, learn and grow through fun and educational activities. There’s a lot going on! Stop in to learn more about programs including:
- Reading Buddies: One-on-one reading practice with an adult for students K-3.
- School Help: After-school support with schoolwork for students K-12.
- YouMedia: An interactive space for teens to learn technology (at some library locations).
- After-School Snack: In partnership with the Children’s Hunger Alliance (at some library locations).

Columbus Metropolitan Library has served the people of Franklin County, Ohio since 1873. With its Main Library and 22 branches, CML is well known for signature services and programs like School Help, Reading Buddies, Summer Reading Challenge and Ready for Kindergarten.
